We stayed the whole weekend at the Biltmore Villas with our family. Of course we checked all the photos and videos online beforehand, but seeing the 3 floor villa with a private underground garage in real life was an amazing surprise. It was even better than expected! Very luxurious, homey, and just an incredible place to be. I’d honestly love to move in permanently. Perfect for the whole family, including babies. Our 2.5 year old daughter loved every moment. The room service and hotel staff were polite and super fast with everything we needed. The cinema room was maybe our favorite spot. We spent so much time watching movies and cartoons with our little one and playing PlayStation we’d brought from home. I definitely want to go back soon for another family getaway. Highly recommended, and a special mention to Café de Paris restaurant at the hotel, which was an amazing experience. The meat was delicious, and once again the excellent service made our stay unforgettable

The food was absolutely delicious, and the attention to detail in every corner of the villa made it feel like a private sanctuary. A special thank you to the amazing Manager Rufina who ensured everything ran smoothly, and to the wonderful waitresses Sylvia and Aprila for their warm service and attentiveness throughout the day. You truly made our celebration extra special. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a refined and luxurious escape. Can’t wait to return!
