My husband and I visited the store (we are frequent customers) looking to find a solution pertaining to Dining Room Chairs, Gulzhan was absolutely fabulous in her approach and so patient while we were trying to make our decision. Her support on the day was truly valued, she went above and beyond to assist us and she made us a divine coffee whilst we were waiting for her team to collect pieces from the warehouse. We placed our order and are eagerly awaiting the arrival of our order - end September from Gubi. Thank you Gulzhan.

The worst customer experience I have had with a furniture reseller in my life. We ordered 101CPH lamps from them. The lamps where shipped to their warehouse, where they attempted to assemble one lamp claiming it was quality control. The second lamp they did not assemble. Their assembly of the lamp destroyed two of the globes on the lamp, ripped the internal cables and scratched the whole stem. When the lamps arrived they had just thrown them in the boxes with no polstering or protection. Their delivery guy refused to wait for me to inspect the lamps. It was either I sign or he took the lamps with him. When reaching out to them, they ended up accusing me for damaging the lamps. The dialogue ended with them them accusing me of being aggressive and therefore they didnt want to rectify the issue. I just bought 10,000 AED worth of lamps, brand new from the factory and waited three months… I expected them to be in pristine condition. Why on earth would you try and assemble it, damage it and then accuse your customer for damaging it when reaching out 10 minutes after delivery? Literally we just had time to open the box. Total shitshow with rude people. Spend your money elsewhere.

I bought the &Tradition Como Table lamp from The Bowery Company and I love it! The team here is super helpful and professional. I wanted to buy this lamp for my wife as her Christmas gift but when I arrived to their store the lamp was sold out but the team managed to pull a rabbit out of the hat and managed to source one in couple of hours. This gift made my wife super happy and I’m so grateful to the Bower Company team for going the extra mile, especially Alexandra.

I am very disappointed in my experience. I ordered 2 barstools on the 23rd of April, delivery time 16-20 weeks. Should have arrived beginning of September. I have followed up with them after not being contacted, and was informed that delivery will take at least 6 weeks longer - no apologies, no option to cancel, no phone call. Basically they have had my money for the last 6 months and left me in the blue - Very unprofessional and bad customer service. *Update January 2025: I just saw the edited answer from the company and I would like to reply to it: I cannot accept you saying that this was a misunderstanding, it was not. The delivery expectation was 16-20 and it was delivered after over 6 months, without any apologies or CS contact - worse, my complaint was only addressed after writing this review here. The alternative chairs were offered one week before receiving the ordered chairs, so I declined the offer, thinking that it would be more sustainable to just wait this one more week. Once the chairs arrived, one had a flaw, which was repaired in one day by the company. I am increasing to 2 stars because I am happy with the chairs, but I am definitely not happy with the answer, you should own up to your mistakes.

Five stars for the quality of their stock and efficiency of their staff, however one star for the experience of the entrance into the shop (no parking, dusty and messy entrance - there are much more polished corners of Al Quoz) and the warehouse sale this year was pretty slim compared to other years. Can do a little better. Overall though, I recommend a visit to the shop and will continue to shop here! Thanks for letting share my feedback.
