The worst experience in my life I have a Maserati, and I will never pass by them even. I was going for service, they made a bill of 17 k, accepted, then I got the car with new issues never been there. I returned it again, they said you have to pay additional 7 k 😳. The AC was only smelly, when I received the car it wasn’t cooling and smelly (combo offer) Two time i give them the car with petrol, I get it back empty. If I really have time, I would definitely sue them for compensation.
Very good service, they are quite busy so patience is a must. I was helped by Mark, who is one of the service advisors. He went above and beyond to get my car ready and updated me during the repair process. Iv got my car now, running well and their parts also come with a 6month warranty. This is now the garage that will be looking after my car.
They repaired my exhaust after another garage quoted me for a full replacement. Save money and it's quite and smooth now. Honest and skilled work. Thank you car lab.
