I'm energy therapist and I had an absolutely beautiful experience at the 5 Elements Sound Alchemy session at Chi Room today. From the very beginning, the space felt sacred and welcoming. I felt my body deeply relax, my mind become still, and my heart open. It was as if I was traveling through different layers of myself — letting go, receiving, and reconnecting. The facilitator held the space with such presence and care. I left feeling calm, clear, and in complete harmony with myself and the world around me. A place where you instantly feel at ease! From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with warmth and kindness. The atmosphere is calm and uplifting you can truly feel the positive energy in the space. The class was amazing: well-guided, flowing, and deeply restorative. I absolutely recommend The Chi Room to anyone looking for a genuine moment of well-being. I’ll definitely be continuing my classes here with joy ✨

The sound healing session is a great way to centre oneself. It was the most relaxing 1 hour! Facilities are great. There was mat, towel, blanket & cushions to sit & lie down on. There is parking right outside Alserkal avenue and the entrance is very close to Chi room so don’t worry abt parking outside. Definitely recommend the sound healing session with Mr.Prem Amit if you are into such wellness programs. Absolutely loved my experience.

Hey Guys! Thank you for an incredible experience at The Chi Room at DNA Health Clinic yesterday where I immersed myself in a session of meditation and sound healing. From the moment I walked in I felt a sense of calm. The guided meditation allowed me to completely disconnect from external noise and turn inward creating a deep sense of stillness and clarity. The sound healing session was absolutely transformative experience- each vibration resonated through my body melting away stress and tension while grounding me in the present moment. Each sound wave helped me realign my energy leaving me feeling rejuvenated, balanced and deeply connected to my higher self with compassion.

I had an incredible experience at The Chi Room during a singing bowls meditation.🙏🏻🌞The session included deep breathing techniques and the instructor's soothing voice. Various bowls, including metal and glass, along with a gong, created a beautiful soundscape. The space is clean and serene, allowing me to enter a deep trance. 🧘🏻‍♀️I haven't felt this relaxed in a long time! After the meditation, I enjoyed a delicious ginger tea in the relaxation area. The staff at the reception were also very friendly and polite. Thank you for this wonderful experience!🩷
