We highly recommend City Vet in Oasis! The whole team was super accommodating shout to Marcel!, and a special shoutout goes to Dr. Pelin, who performed the spaying procedure for our Ginger. From the pre-op process all the way through her recovery, they kept us updated every step of the way. Dr. Pelin even reached out after we got home and followed up the next day to check on Ginger—such a thoughtful touch! Now our Princess Ginger is fully recovered, and her stitches are healing beautifully—hardly any trace at all. We’re beyond happy and relieved that she’s now safe and free from pyometra. For the past one year, we’ve been bringing our little guy “Rean” — our Shih Tzu — to this place, and I just have to say this: they’ve been nothing short of amazing. Rean is not an easy one to handle — he has zero patience and absolutely no interest in cooperating during grooming. We’ve tried over 10 different grooming places across Dubai before this, and honestly, nothing came close. The team here? They’re just the best. They’ve been so gentle, so understanding, and somehow, they manage to groom Rean beautifully every single time. That’s not an easy task, trust me. A simple “thank you” doesn’t feel like enough — they truly deserve much more appreciation for the care and effort they put in every single time. Another thing I love — they always have some kind of discounts or offers going on, which really helps. It’s way more affordable compared to many other grooming spots in Silicon Oasis, without compromising on quality at all. And it’s not just the groomers. The doctors here have also been incredibly helpful. We do Rean’s yearly vaccinations here, and whenever he needs any medication or treatment, they’re always there with the right advice and support. You can tell they really know what they’re doing — and they genuinely care. From our little family — thank you, truly.

Dr. Nazla is the best. She was patient with our puppy, knew exactly what yo do with him and treated him perfectly. Within 24 hrs Milo was back on his feet and we were so happy. The reception also is great and the entire team is very accommodation & friendly. Definitely recommended!

I took my cat to for vaccination and examination, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. the entire team provided great service. Dr. Muhammad Saeed explained everything clearly, and the nurses did a great job. The pricing was reasonable, and they even accept Tamara for bill installments, which is very convenient. Highly recommend this clinic!

We take our Yorkie for grooming to City Vet and are always happy with the result. At the end of each session, groomers send us before and after detailed photos. We also take our dog for annual vaccination and check ups there. Have been happy with the service and doctors.
