I have been in a senior position in the hospitality industry for many years now and during the course of my career I have met many coaches and experienced many coaching styles but only one really resonated and evoked transformation and that was co-active coaching. So much so that I have just completed the 5 amazing weekends run by the Coaches Training Institutes that provide the tools to be a Co-Active coach. I am not exaggerating when I say it is a life changing experience which not only has given me the training to help others be their best selves but it has also empowered me to live a more authentic and rich life. CTI, the Coaches Training Institute in Dubai is wonderful. I learned a lot during my coaching training and was a lifetime experience. During the training a process is triggered, which will change anything, how you work with other colleagues, business partners, with family, how you implement creative ideas, being a better leader, coping with perspectives, saboteurs. With the help of the trainers (often Gönan and Johan) I had a journey full of learning, transformation. As an executive leader I was in much leadership, technical trainings, but this was the most life changing and transformative! I hope to continue with the Co_active Certification as coach soon.
