Wow! These guys are magicians. These shoes were scuffed, stained and pretty much ready for the bin. Took them here on the off chance they could do something. They’ve come back as good as new. Amazing service and super nice staff! Brilliant!

日本語対応可🇯🇵 Good quality to resole. I had no idea the price and repairing quality before I asked it. But when I questioned about repairing shoes by WhatsApp, yes the shop has it also, their response was really quick and accurate. After then I brought it to the branch, firstly a shopper said to resole needed 10 working days. But they spent only 6 days to repair it. I'm really glad to take my friends again and travel with refreshed boots. Thank you very much and see you soon. 日本語が話せる店員がいます。

Not a great experience unfortunately although they came highly recommended. Late pick up with no communication until I reached out. Paid for full restoration yet soles come back not fixed (need a little bit glue) as that apparently doesn't fall under that service so really it's not a full restoration. Will not be using them again.

Shiela's exceptional service and product knowledge shone through yesterday! She helped my Mom find the perfect suede shoes and She was so impressed that she ended up buying a suede brush and cleaning foam to keep them looking great. Thanks Shiela for the great advice!
