The Consulate General of Algeria in Dubai

Waiting for decades to just take my turn, dealing with foreign guest and communication could be better- over all they have the potential to provide a good service if they keep focusing to hire the fresh graduates generation and retire the old people who is running the formalities there as they are slow and not even keeping up with the country they’re operating the consulate from !!

If I could give minus 10,000 stars, I would. This place is stuck in the past. It’s 2025, and you still have to fill out forms with a pen. No digital systems, no ticket machines, no screens to call your number — just someone yelling your name across the room like it’s 1982. It’s not clean. They ask for absurd documents — like your father’s birth certificate just to renew your own passport. Paperwork is repetitive, confusing, and completely unnecessary. A Shame for a country like Algeria This place gave me major PTSD and trauma

The worst consulate ever they never answer calls never give any answer back this is the worst ever as an Algerian in uae i would like to raise this to the president of Algeria mr taboun to fire all of you and put ppl who respect Algerian people and give them the right to change their passports and at least get an answer they think they are in Algeria of course because all of you are coming here blma3rifa no wonder why all the reviews are 1 star lol 😂

Very bad service They should extend the waiting area and they should have more employees The team here is very slow and unprofessional. They are using the Algerian lazy way in the fastest country in the world. They should take UAE as an example and update their way of work No call after the paper are ready no clear communication and nothing clear in the website. Al lest have an online appointment to make everyone life easier.

Disgusting service. Poor management no proper guidance . Nothing mention on gate regarding visa submission. I visited on Sunday as per their mentioned time. But can’t accept application on Sunday. Only from Monday to Thursday accept application. Now even picking up call. Every time I call.
