The Elixir Clinic

I'm giving The Elixir Clinic a one-star review due to a disappointing and frustrating experience. On my second visit, I felt scammed by hidden fees that were never communicated to me upfront. I initially went in for a PRP treatment and some blood work at a specific agreed rate, but when the invoice was printed, I found additional charges that I was unaware of. Despite some back and forth, the amount did get reduced a bit, but it left a sour taste. On May 7, I saw Dr. Anita, who was absolutely amazing. She was kind, down-to-earth, and took the time to explain the results of my blood work thoroughly. However, I had also arranged for my friends to come in for IV drops and wanted to check my vitamin levels based on my blood work. I was promised a fixed price of 800 Dirhams for the IV because I was bringing in multiple patients. Instead, my friend's bill ended up at a shocking 4,355 Dirhams, filled with hidden fees that I had no idea about. To make matters worse, I wasn’t informed that a mineral tissue analysis would cost an extra 550 Dirhams per person, which would have affected my decision had I known upfront. I feel misled and taken advantage of; the experience felt like a total scam. I don't mind paying for services, but the lack of transparency is unacceptable. In the end, I left the clinic without receiving any treatment and still had to pay 1,650 Dirhams just to get out of there. I’m very disappointed with this place and can’t recommend it. That said, I’d like to extend my appreciation to Dr. Anita for her professionalism and understanding during this ordeal.

The Dr and the staff was amazing. First time at the clinic had an amazing experience feel wonderful from my first visit. The prices are high. There is no other word for it. However, to me it is worth every penny absolutely happy with the results so far.

It was my first time here and considering I’ve lived in Dubai long enough, definitely been missing out. Was greeted by the lovely receptionist and a relaxed peaceful ambience. Had my Facial done here by Christine. She made me comfortable right from the start and during the entire procedure with her technique and experienced demeanour. Really enjoyed the service and look forward to future visits.

I had Ozone treatment and Vitadrip with Laser (IV Laser therapy). Such a caring and educated staff!! I wish I lived next door so I can go there often. The doctors, nurses and professional staff are super! Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable. The clinic is really impressive. There is much more I can do and I feel much better. Can't wait to come back!

I needed quick blood work done and I was referred to ELIXIR Clinic. They were very efficient in booking my appointment and understanding what I needed done. I am not the most comfortable with needles and I had let them know. They were so calming, understanding and gentle through the process. It was definitely a great experience! Thank you!
