The Eloquent Elephant

Had a lovely dining experience at Taj Hotel Dubai. The atmosphere was elegant and welcoming perfect for a special evening out. I ordered the garlic chilli prawns, which were bursting with flavor, and the passion fruit cocktail was refreshing and well-balanced. The star of the night was the sticky toffee pudding warm, rich, and absolutely delicious. A perfect way to end the meal! Service was a bit slow, likely due to how busy it was, but the staff remained courteous and attentive throughout. Overall, a great experience with standout flavors and a memorable setting.

Eloquent Elephant is a charming British-style pub with fantastic decor and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The food was tasty and well-prepared, and they offer great budget-friendly specials like ladies’ night and brunch deals that make it even more appealing. However, the valet parking at the hotel was a bit of a hassle and took longer than expected. Overall, a great spot for casual dining with character.

I had the pleasure of visiting Elephants restaurant in Downtown Dubai at the Taj Hotel for an English brunch, and it was a fantastic experience! The place is lovely, cozy, and the food was absolutely delicious. I especially enjoyed the fish—it was so flavorful. The vibe of the restaurant was very nice, and the service provided by Singh was excellent. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy a delightful brunch experience!

Easy access, the restaurant reception was empty. We had to wait to be seated. The restaurant interior is a bit dark. We had to request a different seat could not even see the menu. Happy hour was until 7 we got there before that but they did not even mention happy hour drinks. Nothing to start with on the house so we got nachos with pulled beef. Alot of drunken people especially the outside seating. I ordered pork belly. What a tiny little piece of pork. For not so little amount of money. That was disappointing, the roast beef could have been more for the price. Dessert was date and caramel pudding & ice-cream that was lovely.. Food was good and tasty.The staff is friendly and helpful. Restaurant is beautifully decorated. It was not a bad evening out.. Went out starving paid a massive bill went home starving.
