The Exam Preparation and Testing House (TEPTH)

The center is big and organized. 4*, need for improvement. I disagree with some review thst the computer is outdated, I am not sure what you did in the center to play games or to take the exam. Computer #2 is working fine for me. The exam room is spacious, not crowded. The headphone is superb, I can't hear anything besides me, in which I kept it on the whole exam. Location is near to my place IC, that's why I choose this center and I didn't regret it. Improvement on cleanliness, the desk and the CPU is dusty, floor seems don't recognize the vacum or carpet polish. Staff needs to be more friendly, accommodating, and engaging. As if went to Mc Donalds to order on a screen. A smile wont cause you a cent. I am not sure if this is the standard of the PTE, but it doesn't feel good. Lastly, to all PTE exam takers. Please take note of the registration notice. You need to fill in youe FIRST NAME and MIDDLE NAME in the GIVEN NAME box. it is tricky, they require middle name but there is no box to fill in, but you need to add it together in the given name box. It is my fault I didn't recognize until my exam day. Sad thing they didn't allow to update on the spot nor reschedule my exam. PTE toke my payment without my taking exam just for missing a middlename which I believe can be edited in their part and open reschedule. Please dont fall to this trick!!! This is PTE issue and not related to TEPTH.

Gave my PTE test today. Super satisfied with everything staff, computer, headphones etc. The staff was super friendly and attentive. Specially the arab lady sitting at the reception. My pen stopped working suddenly, and within seconds without even raising she came and gave me 2 extra pens. Keep up the good work.. 👍🏻

The conditions of the test cubicles were not adequate for the speaking and listening sections. I could clearly hear everyone around me — to be honest, there’s less noise in a call center office. Considering the amount of money we pay for this exam, the environment provided did not meet even the minimum expectations. Additionally, there was a question during the exam where everyone experienced a connection issue.

TOEFL test preparation course was useful and easy to understand with Mr ayub. However would be much helpful to have more mock tests

I had tested in their center for PTE exam, the center is vintage having very old machine , low quality camera (logitech) that is not able to grasp image clearly, very old scanning machine. Broken and dusty chairs in waiting area. Most importantly, their labs reminds us of old days 1990's internet cafe, perhaps the owner has never visited new Labs since a decade. Headsets being used are old and perhaps out of their running time but they are still using it. Once the candidate gets into exam he/she don't have any other choice. As PTE says in their intro video that headsets are designed so you wont listen any other voice other than yours but here headsets are not upto standard. During my reading section, my mouse stopped working that wasted my entire reading section. Staff is just a guy who would only help you to change with other malfunctioned mouse. It happened to me. The keyboard was lagging terribly. I had to handwrite things instead of typing, which is CRUCIAL for some PTE tasks, as you loose time. The chairs in the Lab are very uncomfortable and broken, one cannot sit comfortably for exam, Don't believe on their youTube Video. They wont let you visit their lab, unless you had appointment and that's their winning point, providing that user is helpless once paid hefty amount from his hard earned money ($400) and Lab doesn't even looks like a Lab , its mere an internet cafe perhaps internet cafe's are still better than what they have. I strongly recommend anyone of you taking any of the IELTS, PTE or any exam . Don't ever choose this center as they don't have necessary facility to conduct any of such exams. I am surprised that why even Pearson , British Council don't ever check their sub-ordinate exam centers standards , but only focus on collecting hefty amount of fees. In simple words, don't get afraid of travelling a bit far but never choose this center.
