Zeeshan was so kind to us during our stay. My overall experience at the hotel was quite positive, and I found several aspects of my stay to be enjoyable. The hotel itself is well-maintained, and the service provided by the staff was courteous and professional. One of the highlights of my stay was the view from my room, which was truly stunning and added a relaxing touch to my visit. Additionally, the room was exceptionally quiet, which made for a restful night’s sleep without any disturbances—something I greatly appreciated. The breakfast offered by the hotel was also satisfying, with a good variety of options to choose from. The dining area was clean and well-organized, and the food was fresh and well-prepared.

That said, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. The most notable issue was the bathroom in my room, which was quite small and felt cramped, making it a bit uncomfortable to use. Also, I was disappointed to find that the dental kit was not provided, which is usually expected as part of standard hotel amenities. Another drawback was the surrounding area. There is a significant amount of ongoing construction near the hotel, which detracts from the overall ambiance and makes it less pleasant to walk around the vicinity, especially for those who enjoy exploring on foot.

Booked the room at 5am and got it just minutes after reserving on Booking.com. Perfect location, very clean, and excellent service. The Premier Room with canal view is absolutely awesome! Big thanks to Mehdi for his efficient and friendly cleaning—really appreciated! Will definitely be back soon!

I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were very spacious with a nice view. The bathrooms were a bit tight. The food was excellent and the service was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The hotel also has a roof pool, the pool is kinda small and the water was extremely cold but refreshing. I recommend this hotel!
