I had the chance to dine at The Grand Restaurant as part of my stay at The Vogo Grand Hotel, where breakfast was included — and it was a great experience. The restaurant truly lives up to the “grand” in its name, with a very nice ambiance and excellent service that reflects the quality of a proper star hotel. The breakfast spread was impressive, featuring fresh, high-quality food. They also had a live counter with made-to-order omelets and several other delicious items, which added a special touch to the meal. Overall, The Grand Restaurant offers a classy dining experience with good food and attentive service. A perfect way to start the day if you're staying at the hotel!

Many dining options, Friday buffet, all day happy hour, and plenty of space. Staff was helpful but I had to wait a long time for my food.

Nice ambience and great food. All the support staff are really helpful and polite. The food is good and a nice place to dine. Thanks to Shabana, Aniket, Ifthakar, Sirhair.

Flavourless food. Took 45 mins to get an uncooked pizza. Service is pretty shabby! Avoid if you can.

Thanks to the entire team of Best Western Plus Dubai Academic City Hotel for the best ever group handling and courtesy shown to us.Initially I was so apprehensive as this was a very first large group of our company 'Nice Holidays And You Pvt Ltd' in Dubai .Nearly 375 students and teachers from various renowned schools from four different countries including India , China, Pakistan and Iran and delegates from USA stayed in this hotel for 'Space Settlement Design Completion 2024' which was happening in 'Amity Dubai University' which is just few steps away from the hotel.All my worries flew away after landing to Best Western Plus Dubai Academic City Hotel situated in the heart of the city.My special thanks to Mr Shailesh Grover Director of Oerations , Ms Nirmal Singh Sales Managaer, Mr Pradeep F & B Managar , Mr Jaffrey from Reservation Desk , Mr Ahmad from main lobby reception and the owners of Best Western Plus Dubai Acedmic City to make my first group a big success as all out students teachers and delegates were very happy with the ambeince food and staff courtesy 😊😊😊😊
