The Grill Shack

A truly delightful burger experience! The burger was incredibly fresh and delicious. Despite the crowd in the Dubai Mall food court, they had a dedicated space for serving food, which made the experience much more comfortable. The menu was complete, and most importantly, the staff were outstanding — friendly, professional, and attentive. A special thanks to Mr. Manouchehr, who accompanied me throughout the entire experience with exceptional hospitality. One touching gesture I noticed was how they treated food delivery riders — offering them a glass of cold water with lemon. In this hot weather, it’s a small act of kindness that truly makes a difference and shows their respect for hardworking individuals. Highly recommended! Don’t miss the chance to try this amazing brand.

Had a great dining experience at Grill Shack in Dubai Mall. I ordered the Tex steak, cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful. Although it’s located within the food hall area, it has its own dedicated seating with attentive table service and a full-service restaurant. The service was excellent throughout. What stood out most was seeing a delivery rider being treated with kindness, offered water with lemon and a proper seat while waiting. A small gesture, but a powerful reminder of humanity in a fast paced, commercial environment. Truly appreciated.

Wow - the Beef Burger was perfect here. Superb quality of food all-round, cooked fresh, and adequate portions, definitely worth the price, definitely recommended. Sheryll is a lovely waitress she made me right recommendations. THIS IS THE BEST PLACE FOR BEEF BURGERS AND GRILL.

One the best experiences, the staff are amazing and so smiley and friendly. The service is quick and the food was amazing. We had lamb chops medium well with pepper sauce as Manu suggested and it was perfect, the Ribeye was also great but if i had to choose between them I would choose lamb chops again. I really recommend coming here.

Overall, it’s a nice spot with decent burgers and service. It’s located in a food court, but they do have a separate seating area for guests. They ask how you’d like your burger patty cooked, but bring it well-done no matter what — which I didn’t like. They don’t offer any sauces for the fries or mention that they’re not included, which also felt off. They brought the wrong bill, and when we asked to fix it, the waitress seemed quite upset about not getting a tip. On the bright side, the music is pleasant, and from some seats, there’s a great view of the ice rink below. All in all, it’s okay for a quick bite — which, to be fair, seems to be the whole idea.
