This is one of my favourite healthy cafes in Dubai. I love the concept of how everything is so healthy and homemade. Even the plant-based milks here are homemade. I loved trying the cashew nut milk with my matcha latte. All of the staff here are so kind, friendly and provide top quality service. Jen provides great customer service alongside the other two staff members! They have an amazing deal for 99 AED which includes 1 hot drink, 1 cold drink, 1 breakfast item and 1 dessert. I love purchasing this combo everytime I visit. They also don’t charge extra for vegan milks whereas most other cafes in Dubai do charge for vegan milks.

It is wonderful place, where body and mental care are combined. Very pleasant staff, delicious food and proffessional aproach. I like it so much!

The cafe’ is a little gem. The cafe’ in 100 Wellness is beautiful full of light and tranquil. The food is delicious and super healthy. All drinks from juices, cafe to matcha are super delicious. All drinks can be made with homemade nut milks like almond or cashew. On top of it all, they have an offer for 99 Aed for 2 drinks (one hot and one cold which include homemade milks), one breakfast item and one desert. In similar places, focused on healthy but tasty meals, I usually spend at least 40 Aed for drinks alone. It just became my fav spot for a catch up, brunch or snack! Once there, check Pilates and the other alternative therapies they offer. Worth it.
