Very bad customer service and inflated prices. I found the exact same light on another website for 400 AED less and others cheaper, then when I asked them to match these prices they said they cannot. Then I asked for cheaper options from them but after waiting a day they send me higher priced options for no reason - when I queried this suddenly in 3 minutes their 'best' price was lower by 100 AED I wanted to buy from a genuine company with genuine prices hence I will not buy from here - very bad experience.
I bought 3 ceiling lights for 255 DHS. not cheap. Inside limited parking available only two cars. The shop is called lightning but dark inside the shop, maybe he wants to save money.
A great selection of lights and fantastic service. Twinkle was great and kept us up to date throughout the entire order process and delivery! Thanks for your help.
One of our amazing local partners. Fantastic levels of service, no job is too big for them. We have been working with them on certain projects for over 2 years now and never faced an issue that wasn't resolved. Highly recommend visiting their showroom.
