I recently attended my first class at Lab Studios, and my initial impression was outstanding. I joined their Strength - Lower session, and from the moment I walked in, it was evident that the studio is exceptionally well organized. The workout area was spotless, and all equipment had been thoughtfully prepared prior to the class, allowing for a seamless start. The trainers were particularly noteworthy positive, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout the session, creating an encouraging atmosphere for participants of all fitness levels. Even the changing rooms exceeded expectations, offering a level of cleanliness and comfort rarely found in gyms. An added bonus is the on site bar, which provides a variety of beverages including water, expertly prepared coffee, and protein shakes perfect for post workout recovery. The only minor inconvenience I faced was parking availability, as I’m not a resident of the area, which made finding a spot slightly challenging. Despite this, the overall experience was exceptional and well worth the visit.

Great location. Everyone inside is beautiful, thin and fit so the classes must really work. Had a great sweat in their sculpt class! From my experience, the other class attendees are not exactly friendly, so this is not the best place to make friends as a newcomer in the city.

The best studio in the whole wide world ❤️ the coaches are extremely motivating. The reception and the whole team is just sweet and encouraging. Love the good vibes and the coffee. It’s the highlight of my day to come everyday to the studio. Jay and chris are extremely welcoming and the studio is full of positive vibes. ❤️❤️❤️

I tried the ladies only sycle class with Mariana - Really great class, great instructor, great energy. The studio was really organized and spacious, the lights were amazing. Locker room was neat and clean, showers were big and really nice. Would definitely come back. 10/10 location was a bit hard to find but good once you get there, also found easy parking.
