I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with Scorpion Property Real Estate Brokers, the real estate agency that I entrusted to handle the sale of my apartment. Unfortunately, my experience with them has been marked by unethical practices and broken promises. When I initially engaged, their agents assured me that I had the option to reconsider my commitment if my apartment didn't sell within a certain timeframe. This promise gave me a sense of security and confidence in their services. However, as time went on and my property remained unsold, it became clear that their commitment to their words was far from genuine. To make matters worse, despite their inability to sell my property, I was unable to recover the substantial advance payment of 100,000 AED that I had provided to them. This unexpected turn of events has left me not only frustrated but also financially burdened. It's disheartening to realize that the agency's assurances were merely a facade to secure their own interests. The lack of transparency and accountability displayed by the 2 agents is deeply troubling. As a client who placed trust in their abilities, I expected them to uphold their promises and to act in a professional and responsible manner. Regrettably, their actions have not reflected these principles. I strongly advise anyone considering working with [Agency Name] to proceed with caution. My experience has shown that their promises are hollow, and their commitment to client satisfaction is questionable at best.
