First time to visit The Main, it has been on my list for sometime now! All dishes we ordered were very good but the grilled sea-bass was excellent! Perfectly grilled, fresh and the taste is just awesome exactly how fish should be served. Lentil salad and the beetroot salad are really good. One comment for the steak for the chef, perhaps the glaze on the meat is just a little bit overpowering, reconsider ;) It was a Friday night so the music was loud but nice. Overall our dining experience was great!

Went to The MAINE in Business Bay tonight and honestly… such a solid spot. The food was amazing (like, no notes), but what really got me was the atmosphere. It was a regular Thursday night and the place was packed — but in a good way. Lively, cozy, and just the right kind of buzzy. Everyone working there was lovely, but RC really stood out — so kind and professional, it honestly made the whole night better. Apparently they’ve got live music on weekends too, and I can already tell it’s gonna be a vibe. This place just feels right — perfect for a date or just a nice night out. Definitely coming back.

My visit to The Maine Land Brasserie in Dubai’s Business Bay was nothing short of spectacular. Nestled in the iconic Zaha Hadid-designed Opus building, the restaurant exudes a luxurious yet welcoming vibe, blending neo-speakably charm with old-world steakhouse elegance. From the moment I stepped through the disinfecting mist at the entrance—a refreshing touch on a warm evening—the atmosphere captivated me. Soaring ceilings, crystal chandeliers, and rattan furnishings created a glamorous yet cozy setting, perfect for a special night out. The service was impeccable, with our waiter, Laurence, offering thoughtful recommendations that elevated the experience. The menu, a refined take on New England brasserie fare, impressed with its variety. I started with the tuna tartare, a delightful mix of avocado and soy ginger dressing, followed by the maple veal chop, which was tender, flavorful, and paired perfectly with triple-cooked fries. The cocktail menu was equally stellar—my Olive Oyl Spritz, with its olive oil-infused gin and prosecco, was a refreshing standout. The wine selection, boasting 35 reds and 19 whites, ensured there was something for every palate. What truly set The Maine apart was the lively energy. Despite opening during challenging times, the place was buzzing with laughter, clinking glasses, and live music that added to the vibrant ambiance without overpowering conversation. The attention to detail, from the polished decor to the passionate staff, made me feel like a regular at a timeless venue. For anyone seeking exceptional seafood, premium cuts, and a memorable dining experience in Dubai, The Maine Land Brasserie is a must-visit. I’m already looking forward to my next trip.

The MAINE is perfect for a girls’ night out, especially on a Friday evening. The vibe is lively without being overwhelming. Great mix of upbeat energy and cozy corners where you can still talk. Their oyster selection is super fresh, and the menu has plenty of variety, so everyone finds something they love. Cocktails are creative, the wine list is excellent, and the live music adds such a fun atmosphere. Special mention to our waiter RC – he was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive, which really made the experience even better. Definitely a spot I’d come back to for celebrations or just a fun evening with friends

It’s my second time at The MAINE, and it’s just as fantastic as the first. The vibe is elegant but relaxed, with a live DJ creating the perfect mood. Our waiter, Osman, was excellent — attentive, friendly, and seemed to know exactly what we needed without us saying much. I even gave oysters another try (never liked them before), and they were so fresh I genuinely enjoyed them. The salmon tartare was light, fresh, and full of flavor, and the tacos were just as impressive. It’s one of those places where everything feels easy and perfectly done.
