Ordered fresh chicken nuggets which were looking juicy on InstaShop but what arrived was an insult to nuggets and me! Advertised / marketed as 500 grams 18 pieces of fresh chicken nuggets…. I received 38(ish) thin slithers of rock solid frozen leftover cut up escalope masquerading as nuggets. I don’t even know how many they were because they were all stuck together in one big clump. So much for freshness… Did they think no one would notice? So disappointing, never ordering from this butcher again. I called to investigate with the hope it was just a mistake, but their response was ‘these are our nuggets and if you’re not happy with them then send it back’ really awful. If these are their nuggets I can’t imagine what their other items are like. Update: Revised from 1 star to 4 stars. The butchery took my feedback seriously and reached out to me directly to try their new version of the nuggets. I’m happy to report that the update is a big improvement… juicy, made from real chicken chunks (not processed meat), and genuinely tasty. It’s rare to see a business pivot so quickly and meaningfully after a customer complaint especially when that complaint is online. Kudos to them for listening and taking action. I just placed another order, and honestly? This is how you earn loyal customers.

I've known The Meat Avenue team for 4 years — their products and catering are always top-notch. I usually order online, but yesterday I stopped by the JLT branch and picked up some ready-to-cook bites, a ribeye, and a few rubs. Even though the JLT shop is smaller compared to their Jumeira branch, the quality and service were just as amazing. Keep it up, team!

The food is absolutely delicious, the portions are generous, and the presentation is stunning. Simply perfect! I tried Ouzi rice with meat, Rice chicken, tabbouleh, fattouch, Kibbeh tray, Kibbeh and Jafta Nayyeh. Highly recommended 👍
