I do not recommend anyone to deal with this garage. I lost both my money and time. I had a gear issue, and they clearly agreed with me that the repair would take a maximum of 3 to 4 days. Instead, it took 21 days. When I finally received the car, the AC was not working, although it was perfectly fine when I dropped it off. I even informed them before receiving the car that the AC was no longer working, yet they returned it without fixing it. Worst of all, the gear problem remains exactly the same — the same sound is still there. This means I paid for nothing, and all my time and money were wasted. I will not forgive this experience. If you’re reading this review, please think 100 times before dealing with them. Thank you.

I had problem with the alternator in my car . Unfortunately while I’m taking the car to the mechanical shop it broke down and i have called Jacques for a help. Within the five minutes he arrived and jump start the car which was highly appreciated by me as most of the mechanics shops they won’t bother to come or they will come late . They promised me that I will take the car on the next day which they have delivered their promise on time and they charged me the agreed price . Everything was smooth and professional and big thanks for Jacques .

took our agency maintained patrol to this wonderful garage after agency told us to replace the engine with low mileage. Special thanks to Robert and Mark who thoroughly inspected the vehicle and gave an honest advise that the engine was fine and does not need to be replaced. 4500aed later, the patrol is alive and well with no issues (knock on wood :) ). Thank you guys for a job well done. customer service at its best (felt like a VIP going to this garage). keep up the good work guys!!!
