My Honest Review of The Nail DXB (Business Bay Branch) I’ve been a regular client at The Nail DXB in Business Bay for quite a while. Back when it was under the management of the previous Russian owner, everything was smooth and professional. I never had a single issue. But things changed after new management took over. I started facing repeated problems, especially with their hard gel service. Almost every time I got my nails done, they would break within days. At first, I thought maybe I was doing something wrong, but it kept happening consistently. Whenever I reached out to fix the broken nails, they would never accommodate me at a time that suited me. Instead, they always forced me into whatever slot worked for them — even if that meant I couldn’t fix my nails before important work meetings, which was frustrating and unprofessional. The worst experience was right before Eid. I did my nails, and within seven days, two of them broke. I contacted the owner, and he tried to make it up to me by offering to fix them and give me the next session for free. I appreciated that and gave them another chance. Today, I showed up at 1:00 PM, as we had agreed. But when I arrived, the nail technician was busy with another client. I waited, and after 30 minutes, I asked the staff why this was happening. The response I got was: “It’s not our problem, we can’t do anything.” I was shocked. This free session was offered as compensation for their poor service, yet I was the one left waiting again. Eventually, the owner told me that they wouldn’t do my nails and instead offered to refund the free service. He also told me not to come back again. As a loyal client, I find this attitude very disappointing. I’ve tolerated wrong polish colors, broken nails, delays, and unavailability — and every time, I was understanding. But today was enough. I do not recommend The Nail DXB – Business Bay to anyone who values consistent quality and respectful customer service. Hopefull...

I’ve been coming to TheNaildxb for a year now, and I’m always beyond satisfied with the services provided by the amazing team. The manicure is done with incredible precision, looks absolutely beautiful, and is performed in perfectly sterile conditions. Before discovering this studio, I had been disappointed three times in Dubai, as the overall level of nail services here is quite low. However, TheNaildxb is the complete opposite—here, the quality is truly top-notch, and the professionalism is unmatched. Highly recommend!

Nail DXB is hands down the best nail salon ever! I live between NYC, California and Dubai and yes the only person I trust with nails is Alina. The nails won’t chip and they last over two months.

The best gel manicure I've ever had! The technician was so thorough and took her time ensuring my nails were perfect before painting. She then used a tiny paintbrush to perfect the varnish on each nail. My hands have never looked better!
