The New India Assurance Company Limited

My experience with New India Assurance has been extremely frustrating. It took over 30 days to process my refund, and whenever I tried to reach them by phone, they either didn’t answer or hung up on me. Their customer service is very poor, and I honestly don’t know if they have a management team to handle these issues. Even garages dislike dealing with them due to their poor service. I strongly advise others to think twice before choosing this insurance company.

I’ve never experienced such poor customer service in my life. I have sent three emails and have been calling daily for over two weeks, but no one has responded to my concerns. This level of negligence and lack of professionalism is completely unacceptable. All I needed was a simple response or update, but instead, I was ignored repeatedly. If this is how you treat your customers, I seriously doubt the reliability of your service. Very disappointed, and I will definitely reconsider dealing with your company in the future unless there’s an immediate improvement in your customer support.

I am from India , and i will tell you one thing this company is damaging the name of india . Indian companies are doing much better in india. Really i hope this insurance company should close permanently. There is not a single reason this company should run and to buy this insurance. For my case they took 3 months even though it was very simple thing . They dont answer your phones, will ask to wait for 5/6 working days for very simple things, omg i can’t express my furiousness in words 😡😡😡😡 And last but not the least They don’t deserve a single ⭐️ also .

Poor service we arrived 20 minutes before the closing they refused to assist us and very rude before that I call morethan 20 times no one pick the call
