Super friendly staff, special thanks to Neha for her time and advices. The place is massive, very well organized. Have every thing you need as a pet owner They have a pet hotel with pools and parks for all sizes of pets. And of course grooming. Transport included. Large parking and easy access.
The biggest store for all your pet needs with a nice café and an outdoor pets play area. On weekends they hold regular adoption drives and you can meet, see and play with cute dogs of all sizes who are either looking for a foster or their forever homes. Easily a day-out venue for both pet lovers and pets.
I wish I could rate more than 5 stars! Huge shout out to the pet shop for safely and caringly bringing our puppy home from YYZ to DXB. Travel for pets is so worrying for the families, but with Biskit in their capable and brilliant hands, we were confident all along. To have him home and sleeping peacefully is priceless. A special thank you to Tanvir for your special care and consistent updates keeping me reassured. I would recommend them for your pets any day.
