The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai

Our stay at The Ritz in Dubai was, without a doubt, the best hotel experience my husband and I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with such genuine warmth and care it felt less like checking into a hotel and more like being welcomed into a beautifully run home. The breakfast each morning was absolutely phenomenal, an indulgent spread with the freshest ingredients, endless variety, and every dish prepared to perfection. It quickly became one of the highlights of our day. Our room was a haven of comfort and elegance, but what truly stood out was the housekeeping team. The room maids were incredibly kind, attentive, and detailed in a way that felt deeply personal. Every time we returned to our room, it was as if they had thoughtfully anticipated our needs—right down to the smallest touches that made all the difference. The service throughout the hotel was flawless, with every staff member going above and beyond to make us feel special. It wasn’t just luxury it was genuine hospitality at its finest. The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai has become my absolute favorite place to stay. I’ve stayed here a few times already, and every visit just keeps getting better. The location is amazing – right by the beach, close to everything, and perfect for relaxing or exploring the city. But what truly makes this hotel stand out is the incredible team working here. Everyone is so warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. I want to give a special shoutout to Milena from Tamoka. She has been with us through all of our stays, and every time she welcomes us with even more warmth and care than the last. She’s not only professional but also very thoughtful and attentive. Milena went out of her way to help us discover new spots in Dubai and made sure we were comfortable at all times. You can really see how much she enjoys taking care of guests — and it shows in how she treats everyone around her. She truly made our experience even more memorable. We always feel so well taken care of here, and that’s why we keep coming back. Thank you to the whole team at The Ritz-Carlton, we’ll definitely be back again soon!

We had such a wonderful stay. I want to say a huge thank you to Rohit and his team who provided the evening turn down service. Just the little touches like I was reading my book on the balcony and he noticed and came back with a book mark. Then the sleep spray on the pillow and chocolates. Such a wonderful experience

Had a delightful experience from start to finish. First impressions definitely count and especially as we arrived a good few hours before check in and Raj at the front desk obtained a room for us immediately with no waiting around. He even kindly offered us breakfast before we officially checked in which was really nice and helped us to rest after a flight. The hotel has plenty of amenities for kids and adults alike with many restaurants, pools and different entertainment as well as the private beach. The location is ideal being in JBR near many different restaurants. The attention to detail from the staff was great from housekeeping to the chefs. The security guards and doormen were also very friendly. I would recommend staying here and would come again to experience this excellent hospitality.

Dear Guest Relations/ General Manager, Following our return to the UK, we felt compelled to leave detailed feedback of our most recent experience at the Ritz Carlton JBR.  We have visited Dubai on numerous occasions and stayed at a number of hotel complexes, but no other hotel has come close to the exceptional level of service provided by your hotel. Following our 8 nights, 9day stay we are absolutely thrilled with the high quality of personalised service your hotel provided, and our experience has been nothing short of outstanding! From the moment of arrival, we were greeted pleasantly by concierge, doorman and front office. Our check-in was completed swiftly with the upmost professionalism. Reservations had taken account of our booking notes which mentioned the celebration of the wedding anniversary of my wife and I whilst we visited Dubai. Consequently, the hotel went over and beyond in ensuring that the Ritz created an unforgettable and everlasting memory of our anniversary at the Ritz. From leaving custom presented towels, fresh rose petals; Happy Anniversary greetings with balloons- down to baklava dessert and fresh fruit bowl- we were shocked with surprise at such a wonderful gesture, but equally extremely grateful. We visited the entire complex trying a variety of restaurants, whilst strolling through the gardens, private beach; various pools and the activities available including their tennis court- excellent, excellent service provided by all. Everyday, we were pleasantly greeted by all staff members, including those at breakfast. I feel commendation should be provided to every single staff member there, but the following in particular who made our experience extremely pleasant and whom we feel are a credit to the hotel team; -Caravan Breakfast- Raju, the manager and the Indian lady at caravan reception (apologies didn’t record name) at breakfast.
