This is a heartfelt note of appreciation to the wonderful team at The Ritz-Carlton Spa. From start to finish, their professionalism and kindness made my experience truly exceptional. I had a massage treatment with Ms. Sari, who did an outstanding job. I highly recommend her. To make the day even more special, the team surprised me with a delicious birthday cake, a thoughtful gesture that meant a lot. Thank you so much to Katherine, Venus, and Sari for making me feel so welcomed and celebrated!

My stay at The Ritz Carlton DIFC was truly enjoyable. The hotel is elegant and peaceful, offering a calm escape in the heart of Dubai’s financial district. The rooms were beautifully appointed, spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with high-quality amenities. Service was consistently warm and attentive, just what you would expect from a Ritz Carlton. The breakfast was excellent, with a generous variety and fresh ingredients. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, with easy access to downtown and DIFC restaurants. Overall it was a luxurious and relaxing experience, perfect for both business and leisure stays. I would gladly return.

There are inside pool and rooftop pool, Gym or Sauna… 🤍🤍🤍absolutely relaxing place. Ms Alakh who is very kind.
