WORST COMPANY IN DUBAI!!!!!!!!! They don’t know how to manage, since more than 2 months there is the AC not working, the water missing for days, cockroaches in the apartment, really bad smell… terribile experience

Booked a room . Confirmed booking . Then I get a WhatsApp message to say they have cancelled the booking because they don’t have check in after 8pm in Dubai (the city that never sleeps) . They then proceeded to tell me that they don’t have any staff available. Shocking for dubai out of all places and definitely would not recommend this company .

Worst holiday home service The cleaners did not clean well, the beddings were not washed properly, fridge not working and maintenance is not good at all do not recommend a stay here

I tried to book a room through Airbnb. According to their portal, the room was available, so I proceeded with the booking. However, their response was delayed and inconsistent, which made it impossible for me to rely on the reservation. After sending several messages and reminders, they finally came up with a weak excuse, claiming that the previous guest decided to extend their stay, even though the room was still listed as available the day before. This excuse was unconvincing. You simply cannot trust them, which is a major issue when renting an apartment through Airbnb. Now, with my wife and baby, I am unexpectedly left scrambling to find another apartment or hotel the day before our stay. This company is unreliable, unprofessional, and provides terrible service. I would recommend skipping this company altogether. This review reflects your frustration with the service, highlighting the unreliability and poor communication you experienced.
