VERY negative experience. Poor & slow service, with ZERO transparency on conflicts. I’m pulling out.
I truly recommend dealing with Mr. Tamer Moustafa Soliman, our company's bank account manager at SNB UAE. He has consistently demonstrated remarkable professionalism, responsiveness, and efficiency. I have never had to follow up on any task, as he ensures everything is handled promptly and seamlessly! Mr. Tamer's friendly demeanor and commitment to excellence make banking with SNB Bank an absolute pleasure. Bad experience my debit card expired last November 2023but til date they did not issue the other card I am suffering as I have to go every month and withdraw from only branch in Dubai in whole UAE only 2 branches..never join.
Very biased bank. I went for a change of 1000aed and the guard said if your not local they won't entertain you
