Honestly i would say that the quality of devices and services provided is one of the best in the market. The fact that the company has many projects delivered is great especially with using familiar systems and well know brands. The prices may be little bit high but to be honest they try to offer good prices and open to discuss further discounts at anytime if possible. Personally, I agree that sometimes there is miscommunication that results from different people and some delays maybe due to the quantity of jobs on the pipeline and projects load. However, customer always needs their job to be completed and to be delivered on time, I have also to mention here that I had a miscommunication issue that has been resolved by The owner himself Mr. Rabea and Mr. Khaled from sales and been offered an upgrade as well that i consider it as part of customer satisfaction.
