The studio's serene ambiance and commitment to holistic well-being make it a true gem in the world of yoga. As soon as you enter the studio somehow you start healing and you will realise it instantly. I was never a yoga person but after taking 3 classes at The Tribe yoga I was like why I didn't start earlier. Studio is well organized, you get that peaceful, Tranquil, wellnes vibe. Gaurika mam is a gem of a person and once you have done a yoga class with her you reliase that you have started your own spiritual journey. Can't wait to be back.

I recently had the pleasure of attending a yoga camp at Tribe Yoga with Gaurika and team from Ekanth, nestled amidst the serene beauty of Uttarakhand, near Jim Corbett. My experience was nothing short of transformative. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality by the staff, setting within a litchi orchard which i have never had seen before. Perfect surroundings, with lush greenery and the soothing sounds of nature, provided the perfect backdrop for our yoga sessions. The ambiance itself seemed to promote a sense of tranquility and mindfulness. The instructors at Tribe Yoga and Gaurika are truly exceptional. Their expertise and passion for yoga shone through in every session. Beyond the yoga sessions, Tribe Yoga and Gaurika offered a well-rounded experience with nutritious meals, trip to corbett, and opportunities for reflection and self-discovery. Amazing instructor and amazing space in the heart of Dubai with beautiful view. This was my first yoga experience and I loved every second of it. My instructor was so nice and helpful, and the whole experience was just great. ☺️

I started off with sound healing sessions at TheTribeYoga and ended up trying Hatha and Yin yoga never to look back again. In just few months of practicing with Gaurika, I noticed difference in my body. I am way more flexible than what I used to be working out at gym. I am also a hiker and I feel the asanas have helped me push my boundaries further without enduring much pain in legs. Above all, Gaurika has this unique skill to adjust the classes based on her client needs which personally helped me staying connected to the practice. Thanks guru jee!!
