The Warehouse Gym - Business Bay

The gym is relatively small. It has some equipment, but not much. The place is nice and not crowded.

I have been to the Warehouse in Al Quoz and in DIFC, this ome is much smaller and has no classes. But parking was easy (I parked/ valet just outside the building ) 2 floors (downstairs was a crossfit DIY area and upstairs cardio and machines, chance g roms etc.

I trained here with Alina, she’s the best PT I’ve ever met. I’ve been struggling with back pain for years and not only she put my training together with so much care that I could gain muscle and get leaner without pain, she helped me get rid of most of my daily back pain through targeted posture and breathing exercises. My posture, work out techniques and stamina improved amazingly with her help and I can’t say enough how grateful I am to her. She has impressive expertise in anatomy and training in multiple disciplines including lifting, physiotherapy, yoga, and crossfit, and probably more too, and I’m convinced she can help anyone achieve any goal fast and efficiently. Can’t recommend training with her enough, thank you for everything Alina!

Business Bay was my or our home for more than 5 yrs. Sad that there will be no more classes by next month. It sucks as I thought and expect that maybe they will give some importance about the growing CF community there. We had a good and cool 6am crew led by Martin who we also valued everything he has done over these few yrs. It was a ghost town sometime 2021 and he build this community!!! They are family to me and just so heartbreaking that we will go our separate ways. Oh well, this won't matter, i guess but I am still trying to have some hope here. Now that Business Bay has ceased classes, the only request that most of us are hoping to happen is to at least have a 6am class at DIFC for Tuesdays and Thursdays. Some of us staying are planning to try and move there. I am really praying that this request will be heard as past experiences when we write to WH Management, it is just ignored. Unlike other WH branches who are still lucky up to this date to have their CF communities intact and saved. Not fair at all as community is what we are here for hence, I rate this gym low now. P.S. Our last workout with some of our 6am family was today. 😢 The coolest and most wonderful ppl I have met there.

The location is great which is near to my house. It's really comfortable to work out and it's so nice to walk in and the staff is greeting you with a smile and friendly approach. Thank you Alvin for your great energy and for the smooties, the best! 🫶🏻👍🏻👍🏻🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
