Worst customer service ever . Asking for something to be fix and straight answer we don’t do it here check another shop . Your sales gentleman needs a huge training on customer skills.
coming from another Me and my wife Visit the branch last Friday at outlet mall as recommend from our friend One sales lady doesn’t care of us since we entered the store she was sing and dance during we are inside to check some watchs . We wait for her to assist us but she didn’t like us or this is the normal of her . I send official email to The company official email and send on the official instagram page But also no body reply to me till today . Very bad customer service.
The sales lady was very un attentive and rude to us despite purchasing two watches from the store. Would request Al Futtaim to look into this or provide them with adequate training on the job.
I was literally standing in front of the Casio divers ready to point out the exact watch I wanted, one of the more expensive in the case and they moved me away from the display and helped another customer that came in after me, albeit dressed nicer than me, but he was looking at very cheap watches didn't know what he wanted. Anyways, I moved on to Rivoli and Omega store.
Two very kind ladies helped my Mam purchase a watch. Great service. Will be back again,
