The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina

We go to Westin quite often, because they have the best Spanish restaurant in town, El Sur. However, this time we decided to go to Westin for a little staycation. And it was a very good decision. Big thanks to Makar at the reception, who assisted us during check-in. We had a nice room, the bed was soooo comfy that I didn’t want to wake up. Very delicious breakfast. Of course we had dinner at El Sur , as always top, thanks to Gwen, she is always taking care of us. Most of the time we were by the pool. They have different pools and even mini aqua park, perfect for kids, nothing crazy. Another big thanks to lifeguard Jhonny ( who was at the kids pool with 1 little slide on 14th of July around 9-10 am) he was very nice to my son Ethan and was playing a bit with him. The only thing which bothered us a bit, very loud music on Sunday afternoon from the adults pool. We thought that the music was coming from beach club, but no, just from the pool. And the sound was not the best. Maybe someone needs to explain to the DJ to feel the situation and not to go that crazy with the volume. It’s a hotel not a Tomorrowland.

We’re so happy to be back at The Westin Dubai! It’s amazing to see how much the area has grown since our last visit. We used to have a clear view of Atlantis, but now it’s surrounded by exciting new developments. The hotel remains beautiful and is undergoing some great upgrades. We were given a lovely room upgrade with a gorgeous view, and the room itself was spacious and comfortable. We did hear a bit of drilling one morning, but it wasn’t a big issue. Breakfast was decent, but the Club Lounge really stood out. A special thanks to Simrad and Fozia for their warm and playful energy with our kids—such lovely service! We also enjoyed using the kids’ facilities at Le Meridien, especially the water park. The little ones had a blast!

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed warmly, our concierge gave our daughter a very tasteful puzzle gift featuring the illustration of the front of the hotel. Upon getting our room, the standard King we were impressed with the size and the cleanliness. Staff would make up our beds after afternoon naps and we're very discreet about it really adding to the 5* service. Breakfast was always fresh and unique, and every staff member greeted us with genuine warmness. Thank you for having us, we had a great holiday.

The Westin Dubai is still one of my favorite hotels in Dubai. First of all very central an the warm welcoming and friendyl staff makes you feel home. The rooms are very spacious and luxury - you simply do not miss a thing. Breakfast buffet also leaves none of your wishes open... what ever you can imagine is there. The location is very convinient - many places you can reach on foot or very easy access by car. For the jogger and cyclist you have a perfect route just in front of the hotel... following Dubai channel.

And I’m back again, and will keep bringing my family to one of the best resorts in Dubai. Thank you Kareem, Emad, and Victoria for the great stay. My family and I truly enjoyed every moment. The food and beverage outlets across the resort are excellent, great variety, quality, and service. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, every experience was enjoyable. A special highlight is the Executive Lounge. The team there is incredibly friendly and professional. They always made us feel welcome and well taken care of. I highly recommend booking a room with Executive Lounge access—it’s worth every penny. Moreover, a big round of applause to the housekeeping team, especially Abdulhakim. We stayed for 14 nights and experienced zero issues. For a family of four, it’s not always easy to keep everything tidy, but the housekeeping staff paid attention to every detail. They made us feel at home every time we came back to the room. We will certainly come back.
