I wish I could give a zero star as it was that bad Firstly, there are no private rooms so you can hear everything everyone is doing I tried out the the Head Spa and my experience was terrible. The aesthetician was great but the background noise and conversations ruined the whole vibe. There are better place to try this in UAE, and at this price, you could experience something so much better at a more scenic place. PS: The Receptionist gets 0/5 for customer service

The best spa for lady in Downtown, free parking 2 hours underground near Starbuck and Supermarket, Very good real Thai massage, staff so nice and polite, real Thai Massage Therapist, you can walk from Dubai Mall

DO NOT GO HERE IF U HAVE CURLY HAIR. the lady left a huge knot in my hair after i got a japanese head spa. i ended up having to cut some of my hair.

The raving reviews are true: Mona is an INCREDIBLE massage therapist! She has perfected her craft & is very intuitive and intentional with her service. Nisha is extremely skilled at facials, not to mention super kind! All the women at the spa were very accommodating and welcoming. Overall, highly satisfied with my time there. 5 stars all the way! :)
