Theatre by QE2

Came here with my mom and dad to watch the ABBA concert and I couldn’t help but feel a little emotional watching my mom have the best time. Or maybe it was just the wine kicking in. I once read that our parents are also living life for the first time and honestly, this was one of those moments that made it hit. Thank you to QE2 for such a wholesome experience. What a cool venue too. The theatre was inside a ship. Felt like we were in a floating museum.

Comfortable theatre in a hisotric place - Queen Elizabeth 2 liner. The spirit of the real theatre - that's what surprised me most. Not only we enjoyed a show by an English theatre company, but have explored the ship before and after the show. We definitely will come back to see other shows - for kids and adults. It doesn't look they bring shows often I hope to see more in the near futute. Also there are attractive old-fashioned restos and bars like this one, that I hadn't chance to visit but would love to.

Hidden Gem in Dubai: A Quaint Theatre Experience for Kids and Adults Alike! I had the pleasure of experiencing the charming theatre on the EQ2 during the festive holidays this year, and it left a lasting impression! The intimate setting adds a special touch to the experience, making it unique and enjoyable. The performance (Peter Pan) was great, and the cozy atmosphere made for a memorable first theatre experience for my daughter (3 yrs). Still decorated as it was when the EQ2 was last at sea in 2008, it's nothing fancy, but for me, this made for a much more unique and memorable experience, especially amidst the glitz and glam of normal Dubai :) Great for young families, I would recommend.

Fantastic performance from the ABBA tribute band! The organization and help from all the people at Theatre by QE2 was top quality. Can’t wait to see what’s on next. Also being on a very big boat is a plus! Thanks for an amazing experience

We went to the Theatre by QE2 for the first time to see the ABBA Reunion Tribute. The theatre was very intimate with seat separated for social distancing. I was very happy to see how well and organized the event was planned. They had drinks and snacks which were reasonably priced and comfy couches and chairs to sit prior to the show opening. This is a place I shall definitely go to for other events and I encourage others to do so. Very intimate setting, great sound system, safe and well organized.
