Dear customer care, I buy a watch in your store 17/12/2023 as buy one get one offer. my one watch crown came out 25/12/2023 I gave watch for service they said it will take 1 week but still I not received my watch I don’t no how you guys work at least you guys can give replacement of that watch but sales guys are not ready to give. this very bad I made a big mistake by buying a watch from your showroom no response from your team. I have to travel back to my home town I buy this watch for special vacation but guys made that very bad let me see how many days you guys will take on this. I will be waiting for the reply.
