Chippy's second home! The team truly cares for my baby as if he were their own. Everyone is so friendly, flexible, and easy to talk to, making the experience even better. I completely trust them and have never been disappointed. They even send me daily video updates without me needing to ask—such a thoughtful touch! Tania is amazing with Chippy, and honestly, the whole team is fantastic. Highly recommended! 😊🐾

I’ve been working with Tania and her team at Tiny Paws for the past six months, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care they provide. Every time I travel, they take care of my young cat, Pretzel — and I truly couldn’t imagine leaving him with anyone else. Whether Tania drops by my apartment to refresh his food and litter and spend time playing with him, or he stays at their cozy boarding hotel, I always know he’s in safe, loving hands. Tania is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met, and her genuine care for my little boy shines through in everything she does — she even checks in with me to ask how he’s doing when I’m back! I’ve also had the pleasure of meeting her colleagues, and they’re just as warm and wonderful. I can’t recommend Tiny Paws enough — thank you all for your kind hearts and incredible support!

We’ve been bringing Benji to Tiny Paws since moving to JVC, and we couldn’t be happier! It’s the perfect place for him to socialize, and we have peace of mind knowing he’s in great hands when we’re away. The staff is incredibly caring. Plus, their grooming services are top-notch. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I have been bringing my Luna for boarding since the moment I adopted her. I can see how much she loves this place by the way she recognises the premises when we arrive and the staff when we meet them. The staff members are all caring and affectionate with her, they send updates about her morning and evening so I can check on her even while I’m travelling. The place looks like a heaven: all dogs play together, happily running up and down. They also have grooming services: last time I asked them to get Luna a pony tail and she was super cute. Special mention to Taniya who has been the first person I had the pleasure to talk you and sorted out all the problems I have encountered so far. I was once stuck in Korea for work due to heavy snow, and they had no issue to pick up again Luna although they had just dropped her off. Extremely happy, and if Luna is happy, I am as well. Very recommended!!! 🐾
