Tips and Toes Spa - Dubai Marina Mall

After being a loyal customer for a year I had a terrible experience today. The 2 technicians Rose & Doreen were extremely rude & damaged my nails despite me trying to stop them they kept filing & cutting deep cuticles. Attaching (1)Carelessly filed my nail & ruined shape (2) Over buffed my nails making them look thin & scratchy (3) Cut a deep cuticles after multiple warnings

I love it here. The service is always exactly the same consistency of amazing quality. The staff is nice and I can’t live without the technicians Carol and Ramilla who do my nails. They are both so good and do my nails with so much care and perfection. It’s always great to also add the head, neck shoulder massage option which is really comfortable on the chairs they have. The polish they use is always brand new and good quality, that’s another reason I love doing my nails here. I started coming to tips and toes when I moved to Dubai more than 15 years ago and they are still top notch quality.

I had a great service : -very good manicure by Elma with careful preparation of the nails and cuticules -very good pedicure and calluses removal by Jenefer -deep neck and shoulder massage by Rosalinda Everyone was very skilled and kept me comfortable during the services - I am very happy with the experience and th results !

I had a great experience at Tips & Toes Marina branch. Suzette was so caring from the moment I arrived – she made sure I was comfortable and took her time preparing me for my hair color. When she washed my hair, she gave the most relaxing head massage and really made me feel looked after. She’s truly professional and kind. Yolla, the hairdresser, is one of the best! She’s always smiling, chatty in a lovely way, and full of positive energy. I couldn’t stop laughing with her. She’s amazing at hair color – really talented and knows exactly what suits you. I highly recommend both of them!

I make blow dry with hairdresser Mariam and Suzette wash my hair and she make relaxing head massage. Feeling great after this relaxing experience!
