Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance Company

I really don’t know from where to start. Got an accident on 15 of march and till now i have no update about my car. There r 2 common people who answers the call whenever u call the Tokio Marine insurance. Khaled and Nora, but none of them gives u the right information. Nora made me feel as she is doing a sort of a favor on me. In the accident am not at fault, my car is Porsche and they provide me rent a car which is Nissan Sunny. And the hype of this is one of the best insurance company really made me think it was a wrong choice to take this company. Overall am very disappointed by this company and i do not recommend this seriously.

In the aftermath of an accident, I encountered a seamless process of calming the insurance company, Tokio Marine. Their professional and prompt handling of the situation was commendable. Furthermore, Tokio Marine promptly arranged for a car hire through Quick Lease, which provided an exceptional experience with its highly skilled staff.

This is the most unprofessional and incompetent insurance company I have ever dealt with. Their staff is completely useless, never calls, and leaves you to do everything yourself! From the moment I filed my claim, I had to take over their job—filling out forms, tracking down the third party, and even figuring out the other party’s insurance details. Why am I paying them if I have to do all the work? To make things even worse, they secretly changed their recovery policy without informing or explaining anything to me. When I asked for clarification, I got nothing but silence and excuses. They are careless and slow, delaying the process for over a month while I had to constantly follow up just to get basic updates. The delays didn’t stop there! Getting a rental car was another nightmare—they took forever to arrange it, leaving me without transportation. Then, when the case was finally closed, they forced me to pay for extra rental days, even though the delay was THEIR fault, not mine! They knew it, but they still refused to take responsibility. This company is a joke. They delay EVERYTHING, i not communicate or work with them any more.

We have to renew our insurance and it's been 1 week now they are not giving us the update for renewal. The customer service is very bad. They ask you to hold the line for so long and suddenly drop the call. Very bad behavior. Then when you try to call back, maybe they know your number and will not pick up the phone. Very rude.
