T.One Universal Kitchen Studio

I was mislead by the nice looking showroom. Unfortunately this company is dishonest, incompetent and speak with arrogance to the client after you have made your order, I wasted my time and money they give you below average quality work even though the kitchens furniture get shipped ready to fix from Holland but the staff are not qualified to carry out installations they ruin your kitchen with errors, add local market parts to cover up mistakes made on their part, Take your money prior, and then tell you they will come and fix the errors. But they don’t bother. Below are photos of my order as per contract and pictures of the final finish. To be specific I have tried everything whoever you speak to from manager Martijn, the appointed staff managing my order Betina, and the site engineer Imad its all a waste of time and extremely a stressful experience. Avoid at all cost.

I’m a truly satisfied customer with no affiliation. I pretty suggest this company if you want to give a touch of elegance and uniqueness to your house. The quality of their kitchen are stunning and above average the most famous luxury kitchens in Dubai. I will suggest to refer to Chantal she is one of the best interior design at T.one, she is amazingly skilled and always updated with all the last innovations on the design market. Even the technical staff Saddiq and Imad were very professional and helpful.
