Toolboys are amazing at their maintenance works. Just book an appointment with them and they promptly take care of all the issues. I am very satisfied with their works, plumbing, electrician, handyman and more that I have asked them for. Best one stop shop for all maintenance. And they are super quick at responding and resolving.

I have used this company a few times. The quality of work varied depending on the staff available on the day. I also received different pricing quotes on separate occasions, which caused me concern. For example, when I asked about mounting two paintings (a small job), I was informed the minimum charge would be for one full hour, even though the work would likely take less than 10 minutes. I raised these concerns via WhatsApp. In response, I was advised not to leave negative feedback. This was my personal experience as a customer, and I hope sharing it helps others to make an informed decision.

We needed an electrical outlet installed just below our living room ceiling, and the entire experience with the team was fantastic. Booking the appointment was quick and easy, and I appreciated getting a text from the electrician ahead of time—it made everything feel organized and professional. What really impressed us was how respectful and thoughtful he was throughout the visit. He was incredibly friendly (even with our dog, which was a big plus!), wore shoe covers indoors, and made sure to clean up thoroughly after the job—vacuuming and wiping down all surfaces. The access holes he had to make in our plaster wall were patched up so neatly, you can barely tell any work was done. Toolboys job was completed quickly, cleanly, and to our full satisfaction.

We selected Toolboys for renovation work at our villa and signed a contract that included a 12-month warranty. The initial work was completed, though there were a few minor tweaks needed along the way ensuring they are doing the propoer job. One particular area was not finished to standard, and we've been waiting over six weeks for it to be addressed under the warranty. Despite multiple follow-ups and reassurances that someone would be sent, the repair remains pending. We’re sharing this experience to encourage others to clarify post-completion support, warranty handling, and follow-up timelines before moving forward with any contractor.
