It was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! The food was absolutely delicious. The place was wonderful and very clean.

Absolutely Horrible Experience — AVOID at all costs! ⚠️ Had a truly disappointing and unprofessional experience with the Top Chef Dubai management and reading through the reviews assured me that I wasn’t the only one. After previously hosting a private event there and having what I thought was a good relationship, I booked what I believed to be a private birthday celebration for my mother by mistake booking via the link they sent for a basic cooking class. They promised to deduct ingredient costs and refund the rest, they took an unreasonable amount for ingredients and when I called them on the phone and tried to speak to them (especially considering our past history), the manager became extremely defensive, vague, and outright rude. She mentioned random “running costs” with no justification, and even shouted at me over the phone. When I calmly pointed out how unprofessional her management and customer communication skills are, she told me to go manage my own businesses and claimed she didn’t need to explain herself. She even said she was “traveling” and wasting her time talking to me — as if a paying customer asking for clarity was beneath her. The call ended with no refund at all, not even the basic amount they originally claimed they’d return. Just a complete lack of professionalism and common courtesy. In a city like Dubai, where excellent service is the standard, this kind of attitude is not only unacceptable — it’s shocking. Businesses don’t survive without customers, and this one clearly doesn’t value theirs. 🚫 Save yourself the frustration and do something fun elsewhere.

I joined the cooking class with a group of friends, and it was a really fun bonding experience. The chefs did an amazing job of keeping everyone entertained, and we managed to make some really great dishes all together! The downside was the lady in charge of bookings management, Nado. She behaved extremely unprofessional, forgot to share the payment link for an additional attende and then blamed it on us for not paying on time in a very aggressive way. Even after the situation was resolved and payment fully settled, she kept behaving very rude and hysterical. That behavior unfortunately left a very unpleasant mark, hence, I am keeping the rating at 3 only because of that. If you are looking for a cooking class, I would still recommend it, but maybe avoid dealing with Nado if you want to keep things smooth, organized and stress-free;)

My son had his 13th birthday party here and had an amazing time with his friends. It was really nice to see boys in the kitchen, making their own food! The staff were very professional, organised and very friendly. The place is really pretty both in the kitchen area and the party area.

She is proactive, super professional, and helpful! Her attention to detail made the entire planning process smooth and stress-free. Product Selection:They offer a lovely selection of different menu options, so you can definatelly find your perfect one:) Top Chef Team: professional and friendly! From the moment you arrive, you can feel that all processes are in place and perfectly executed. You don't need to worry about reminding the team of anything—they anticipate your needs and make your special day truly memorable! Attention to Detail: The saying "the devil is in the details" definitely applies to Top Chef! Every aspect is carefully thought out and flawlessly executed. The Venue: The space is all about creating an unforgettable experience. The kitchen ateliers are perfectly organized, the salon is cozy and comfortable... Nothing is missing, and nothing is excessive! Suggestion for the families: Don't forget to communicate the number of parents who will attend and your choice of treats in advance. They prepare the cakes one day before. P.S. I would also recommend this place for corporate team-building events! It's an amazing experience!
