Top Medical Centre

One of the best physiotherapy experiences we’ve ever had. I’m from the UK and was in Dubai with my wife for a few weeks. She had been struggling with severe neck and shoulder pain, most likely due to long flights and some old posture-related issues which had been there for a couple of years. We decided to book an appointment at Top Medical Center, and were lucky enough to be seen by Dr. Deepa. I genuinely wasn’t expecting such a high level of care. Right from the start, Dr. Deepa impressed us with her warm and professional approach. She took time to listen to everything my wife had been going through, asked all the right questions, and explained the situation in a way that made complete sense. What stood out most was how genuine and kind she was. We’ve seen physiotherapists back home in the UK, but very few have shown this level of attention and personalised care. Honestly, even in the UK, we haven’t come across someone this thorough and compassionate. Each session was focused and tailored specifically to my wife's condition. It wasn’t some standard routine. Dr. Deepa combined manual therapy with exercises that were realistic and easy to follow. My wife started feeling significant relief after just three to four sessions, and by the time we left Dubai, the improvement was incredible. Dr. Deepa even gave us a home care plan to continue after the trip, and that’s made a big difference in maintaining the progress. She genuinely cares about long-term recovery about the patients, not just short-term fixes. Also, a quick word of appreciation for the reception staff at Top Medical Center. They were extremely polite, helpful, and made the whole process from booking to billing smooth and hassle-free. It really added to the overall positive experience. We would happily recommend Top Medical Center to our friends and people for the experience we had was just incredible. Thank you once again!

Honesty i won't be back. 40 minutes between cream application, 5 minutes of massage to address back problems and a bit of electrostimulation. I understand that you desire money common to everyone, including me here in Dubai but sure you can throw away my file. i won t be back. i expect more from a chiropractor... all this for 600 aed.
