Super speedy and efficient! I was short on cash, thought I had the full amount, and started panicking, but the delivery agent was really cool about it. He told me I could just transfer the rest later. Big props to him.

Rude delivery driver, only speaks arabic. The delivery driver was very rude and was screaming at me for no reason, came at the wrong location and told me to get there, and spoke only arabic, even though I told him I don't speak arabic. Had bad experience with the service 2 times; the first time the delivery driver completely stopped communicating with me, ignored my calls, and ignored my messages. Please ensure the delivery agents communicate effectively... would give them another chance if they take necessary measures. The delivery agent asked for tips too, which is completely unacceptable after the behaviour he showed to me.

As I came home I saw the beautiful,megestic package and it looked at me as if it wanted to be opened, so I took a few steps as I wilker up to the package as if I were walking on the moon with a big grin on my face.I picked up the package and new what it was with the feeling in my bones.I walked inside my expensive house with the package in my trembling hands.As I went to the kitchen I grabbed a pair of black,cute scissors and placed the package on my glass, megestic table and started to slice my was through the packaging.As I was the product I started crying with joy.My day was made because of your delivery service.I felt all these emotions because of your service.Thank you dearly :)

Very bad experience with communication! I’ve been trying to contact the representative for over three hours with no response. They are online but completely ignore messages and don’t even bother to provide a time for follow-up. I tried calling multiple numbers (three or four), but either they were busy, turned off, or they let the phone ring for a couple of minutes and then disconnected. It was extremely frustrating trying to reach them. If you need a fast and reliable service, I wouldn’t recommend dealing with them.
