Today I wanted to buy shoes at the offer 59 AED but the cashier said it’s 200 AED! I told him it’s 59 there is 2 colors also from the same model beside it , was also 59 and the label was clear but he didn’t try to do anything ..i like the quality and the models it’s not the first time we visit you but I am so disappointed

A store of exceptional customer obsession. I purchased a bag from here over a year ago. I gifted it to my mom and she took it to my country. After a year, the bag was damaged and had few issues which made her a bit disappointed. When I informed this to the store, the store manager Mr. Mohammed literally surprised me. They asked me to get the item back to Dubai so that they can accept the return of it. They waited for me to get it back for another 2 weeks, replaced it with a new bag. Wow, what a brand and employee of principles! You have my respect Torino and Mohammed
