Got them to repaint my villa and extended their scope for restroom refurbishing, painting the main entrance door and cover the cracks. Starting with paint, they don't cover the floor paint was all over the place and when we asked them to clean later they scratch the tiles. Painting the frames from outside they covered the entire windows with masking tape and ruined the windows. Took them 3-4 days to clean the windows with thinner to remove the tape. Sprayed the main entrance door while leaving door viewer and mask it, now i have 2 colors of the door and got ruined. Refurbishing the restroom work is awful, extremely bad finishing and suffered for days of leakage, each time they come they fix it and couple of days its back again…they cover the door cracks with bad quality silicone and after 2 days the cracks pop up again .Their prices are reasonable and they look cooperative but quality of work is sooo bad. Don't recommend at all.

Very professional team. Everything related to plumbing, electrical, carpentry work was carried out very carefully and clearly. They had the necessary professional tools with them. They always came on time and cleaned up when they left. This team can be entrusted with work of any complexity.

Mohammed and the team at TPC are excellent. I have been using them for about 1 year and they have fixed and serviced my ACs , installed new lights and door locks and just 3 days ago a new water pump and pressure kit. Just moved in a new apartment in Jumeirah Village Circle and could feel AC is too dusty. Called Total property care, again as they were super professional last time they helped me in my old apartment so they came, what impressed me the most how they covered all furniture to keep it clean. They cleaned AC coil, grills and had huge vacuum to clean it perfectly. I highly recommend everyone to clean their AC after the sandstrom and Total property care team is super professional.
