jatin sainani has been excellent in helping us book all our experiences in Dubai. We are staying at the Aloft Dubai Creek hotel and Jatin has offered us lots of great day trips and also booked the sightseeing tour bus for 48 hours. Jatin helped us with all the booking and transport for good prices for adventure days. . Me and my mum have been on a desert safari and quad bikes and also had an Arabian bbq in the desert. We recently booked a day trip to Abu Dhabi with Travel Saga Tourism from their desk at the Ibis World Trade Center, and unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst tour experience we’ve had in the UAE. From start to finish, it was completely unorganized. We were told it would be more economical to go with the group tour, but after doing the math, it felt like a purposeful scam. We were initially four people, later became seven to try and optimize cost, but there was no adjustment in pricing. We paid AED 350 per person, totaling AED 2,450 for what was essentially a basic van ride and two rushed stops. This was far from the “full Abu Dhabi experience” they promised. There was no real guide, no information shared during the journey, and the staff seemed completely unaware of what the itinerary even included. We were supposed to experience highlights like the Corniche (which was just a quick drive-through), and other iconic landmarks like Louvre or Ferrari World weren’t even pointed out or a part of the initial itinerary let alone visited. The lunch included in the package was underwhelming and forgettable. A whole 420 aed (including lunch)spent per person for a day trip and we still don’t feel like we have Visited Abu Dhabi. Absolutely no essence of it. What’s most disappointing is how clear it is that the staff have likely never been on the tours themselves, which leads to poor communication and false promises. The tour was sold to us without context or understanding—and the itinerary sounded better on paper than it actually was in execution. This disconnect between what’s sold and what’s delivered felt misleading and unethical. However, I do want to highlight Sapna, the young lady at the sales desk at Ibis. She was kind, soft-spoken, and clearly doing her best. I believe the fault here lies not with her, but with senior management, who seem more focused on pushing sales targets than on actually building quality experiences. As a business developmen...

I would like to thank Mr. Kalees for suggesting a very beautiful experience. the drive on the sand dunes, the camp where we had Dinner and watched the shows, the activities around camel ride, Quad. Had very nice Experience. we recommend 100%.

The trip to Deserve Safari was amazing and beautiful. Everything was perfect!!! Thank you very much to Sufiya. She was helpfull and very nice person to us. Also the driver was very good and nice! Highly recomended!!!!😘
