We arranged a full-day Dubai tour for my parents during their transit, and the experience exceeded expectations! The entire tour was very well organised and smoothly coordinated. Special thanks to Hardik, the tour coordinator, and Zaid, the guide, for their excellent service. They were prompt in responding to queries and incredibly flexible with a last-minute pickup time change due to an airport clearance delay. The pickup was right on time, and the schedule was managed efficiently throughout the day. My parents had a comfortable, enjoyable experience and felt well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and thoughtful tour services in Dubai. We’ll definitely recommend them to others!

I had a very disappointing experience with the desert safari tour booked through this agency. When we signed up, we were told we could either pay extra for an ATV ride or wait 45 minutes to an hour at a location with cafés before heading into the desert. However, the actual experience was far worse. We left at 2:00 PM, and instead of heading straight to the desert, we spent over an hour at a completely underwhelming stop, followed by another 45-minute drive before even reaching the actual desert entrance. In total, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, we did nothing but wait and travel unnecessarily, wasting valuable time. This was completely misleading and not what we were promised. To make things worse, our driver was unhelpful, had a negative attitude, constant sighing, and lack of engagement. He provided no information about the tour and barely communicated with us. Every time we asked about the plan, we were just told to wait. His lack of enthusiasm made the experience even more frustrating. As for the camel ride, it was nothing like what you’d expect. Instead of a scenic desert experience, it took place in a random open area with no real ambiance, and it lasted only a few seconds. If you’re interested in the ATV ride, be aware that they charge 350 AED, but you can find much cheaper options elsewhere. If you don’t want an ATV ride, don’t waste three hours of your time waiting around for nothing.

I took the some tickets and tours from komal at Ramada hotel.. she is very nice and it was very easy to deal with her, She gave us good prices.. I would recommend travel saga tourism to everyone and would like to deal with them again in future..
