We had a lovely first experience with Travel Tricks. The staff was very cooperative inspite of giving them a last minute booking. Our guests were very happy with the overall tour and service provided to them. Keep it up:)

I will NEVER recommend this agency to anyone as they took one and a half month to get my daughter’s student visa to UK. It should have been an extremely easy process with my daughter being Canadian but they gave us the wrong information made us wait for 28 days to prove financial stability when Canadian are NOT required that and they submitted the application wrongly, we even paid 5,500 Aed extra for a rush service and the visa came back in 46 days, it should have taken maximum 14 days accordingly to the embassy website. My daughter entered 3 weeks later to university and the amount of stress the whole family was immersed was insane. The customer service is extremely poor, we had to keep calling and messaging, they didn’t bother to follow up. We did not get the money reimburse for a rush service not even the money we paid to this unprofessional agency. NEVER ever come back and will keep telling everyone I know not to do so.

The company is very good in setting up the itenenary , however the transport team in Hong Kong were not upto the mark .

Their expertise in organizing group and corporate tours is unmatched. We had a smooth and memorable experience thanks to their excellent planning and execution.

As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe and taken care of throughout the trip. Their attention to detail and support were incredible.
