This business is deceiving people. We got off the plane, it was the first place we saw, and we gave 200$ to change our money to this currency. They insisted on changing 300$ instead of telling us how many days we had to spend and that 200$ would not be enough for 4 days. We changed 200$. After making them sign a receipt for the ones who changed money in front of us, they said that I could get back 20$ of the money I gave with the receipt they took from the departure line on the way back. After I went out to the door, I read the comments about this place. I saw that there were many victims like us. I went back to the business and said that I wanted to cancel the transaction. They canceled it and refunded my money. It is not nice to deceive people.👎🏻👎🏻
Gemma changed our currency £ to AED and offered advise as to how much we should change ,what the cost of Taxis were to the Dubai hot-spots and offered advice as to where to go and how to get there. Such as Sougat Madina, Burj Al Arab ,Burj Khalifa ,monorail at Palm jumeira and JBR beach, Dubai eye, Portrait Dubai frame and the Mall Quad biking including shark aquarium attraction etc She made our stay in Dubai epic.
